The Process
How do we connect the body to the mind?
Anthony Wolf Williams has developed a method that causes the body to connect to the mind. Switching the body to the on position is similar to turning on a piece of complex industrial machinery. On that piece of machinery, one has to go through a systematic approach, following a series of motions to start up the machine in an appropriate way. Operators must study manuals perhaps even be trained to operate the equipment safely and avoid warranty violations and breakdowns. The same principal applies to the human body mind connection. Through the years, humans have been taking the short cut to powering up the machinery. Today we are seeing the warranty expiring and the machine breaking down.
 
There is a solution or rather a sol-YOU-tion.
Anthony Wolf Williams has mastered the art of helping people switch on the body mind connection. Just as in, a piece of industrial equipment the body must switch on the systems. By moving, the body through a series of prescribed motions that are specific to each person and their situation; this will cause the body to bring itself into alignment and true communication with the mind.
 
What are these motions /movements? 
These movements may look like exercises but they are much more than that. They are in fact the motions that indeed cause the body to communicate with the mind in a very clear and profound way. Previous clients have proved this through the thousands of applications of this process. During a session, there is a specific order that clients must go through to help their body switches to be turned to the on position.

Information or Inner-formation?:
The information society we live in has allowed for massive amounts of information to accumulate in the minds of humankind. However, we see more people than ever under more stress and stress related issues, which affect them. Today we understand life to the genomic DNA level yet we suffer by not have true communication with the body and the mind. If knowledge is power, why do we actually lack the power to change our lives, world and community? Why is the information not manifesting the change in the inner form of us?

Somebody left the body behind:
Is it the mind body connection or the body mind connection? For years, people have been saying that mind over matter. A positive mental attitude is what is required to achieve anything is the common mantra in today’s world. However, for many a positive mental attitude has caused more stress in the body not less. What is the benefit to have the mind convinced if there is not connection to the body? 

You know better but you still do it anyway:
There is evidence of the body- mind connection and the miss-communication within ourselves all around us. Let us look at weight issues and diabetes on the rise. Ask anyone of these people about what the right foods are to eat. Many will tell you the KNOW the answer but they cannot seem to do anything about it. The weight loss industry is a billion dollars and growing. Is the mind so powerful that it can prevent the information from transferring to the body? YES!

"If you have seen a head without a body please call me:"
However, as anyone can see that the head is always physically attached to the body. Nevertheless, the information in the head is not getting to the body. There is a disconnect happening. Pretend for a moment that the mind was not in the head but rather situated inside the body. The body would be surrounding the mind. The mind would be able to see and hear what was going on. It would be able to see that the food we are eating is not that good and the lack of exercise is hurting us. Etc.

Never mind the body... Let the body mind the mind.
The body is always telling the mind what is going on. Look at Dr.Hans Selye’s work on the effect of stress on the human body. The body starts to show stress via the posture shifting from the healthy erect stance, to the first sign of stress indicated by hunched shoulders and a head that is forward of the body. As the effects of stress continue to affect the body, the next stress stage is referred to as the strain stage. The physical sign of strain is a further extension of the head neck over the body and protruding gut region. After this remains unchecked, the body will advance in its decline. This will often find the person so worn out that they require a cane to support themselves as they walk hunched over this is referenced to as the exhaustion stage and then finally death. Many people are currently or have recently gone though some or all of these stages of stress. The effects of which have left their mark in lingering health issues or other life imbalances. The Body is always telling us something, let us make that connection back to the critical mind so the person will survive and thrive.
